During my moms appointment, the doctor Rim Al Bezem was extremely rude, dismissive, and condescending. Rather than listening to my moms concerns, they spoke to her in a disrespectful manner that made her feel belittled and uncomfortable. She felt that her questions and concerns were not taken seriously, and the doctor’s attitude was unprofessional and lacked compassion. As a patient, she expect to be treated with dignity and respect, and this experience fell far below that standard.
Very caring doctor and experienced. She has been my doctor for 11 years . I highly recommend her

When my mom went for an appointment at this practice, she asked the person in the front desk if she spoke Spanish. She was told by this person that the doctors did not allow any Spanish speaking employee to speak Spanish in Spanish. It is outrageous to believe that in such a diverse country, a doctors office would deny a patient to communicate with their staff, who also speak the same native language, in that said language. Dr. Rim Al-Bezem is the kind of doctor you want. She is kind, thoughtful and sincere. She is an excellent physician and thorough in her analyses of cardiac disease. I take her advice to heart, no pun intended. I am hoping to find her again since she left Penn and was under contractual obligation not to reveal where she was relocating to.
