A great crew to work with! The modular, the "Homestead" by Manorwood Homes, was just delivered this past Monday and the mechanicals are being worked on by the electrician and the plumber this week and next.
Our Salesman Jay went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. The team of guys that delivered and set up the house were fast and efficient they had everything done the same day! I would highly recommend Al Benner Homes! Best around!
After exploring several vendors my husband and I choose Al Benner. They agreed to bring my home vision to life and worked very closely to incorporate every detail to my satisfaction. Last year, Andy helped our family finally get into a beautiful double wide home .we were living in hotels at this point . Andy and everyone worked so hard not only to make sure we had a place to live he,also found us a beautiful spot I Searsport to put it . They all are truly amazing. .They really came through for us . When we had a few small issues and they came right over to fix them . When they couldn't fix the problem they found the right person to do job right for us.
