Was in at the scheduled appointment time. Everyone was very professional and the appointment went very quickly, I did not spend more than two minutes waiting for the doctor. She was very personable and the treatment went well. Parking was a minor issue as the nearby street parking was quarters only. I did find other street parking that took credit card down the street to the South.

Been bringing my kids to Dr. Aswad since they cut their first teeth so about eight years or so now and every visit has been smooth. She is gentle, truly great with kids, and the office staff keeps everything running on time. Parking is easy right in front or along the side streets, and our insurance claims have never hit a snag. I have seen people upset about the $150 no-show fee, but if you think about the overhead in Somerville, an unused slot really does hurt the practice; just set a reminder and everyone wins.
