Staff and doctor were extremely kind and professional. Very clean and well maintained facility too. Highly recommend.
The dentist is knowledgeable, but the overall experience is stressful. There’s a clear lack of empathy, one staff member is consistently rude, and the admin side is a mess. Anything beyond routine cleanings becomes a nightmare. You never know when a bill will show up in the mail, and you’re expected to pay it immediately or you get late fees added on the first of every month. Dr. Al-Aswad’s office has been some of the best dental service I’ve received. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a great relationship with her employees. Don’t think twice. Just a great person offering great services.
As usual my experience at Al-Aswad dental was exceptional. Dr. Al-Aswad is a true skilled professional with a very warm personality. These combined qualities help to completly eradicate the anxiety that is often associated with going to the dentist. I have been a happy customer for 25+ years and am proud to know her and her wonderful team.
