Al-Aswad Dental is hands down the best practice. Dr. Al-Aswad is incredibly patient and completely patient focused and you couldn’t find a better staff person than Jen. Have been coming here for over 20 years and have never received anything less than stellar service.
Staff is super nice and informative. Very caring and treat you like family. Strongly reccomend to be seen here.
Interestingly, my family had the exact same experience as was reported in the recent review by Isaiah Thompson. I was astounded by how rude this dentist was when we needed to discuss cancellation of an appointment.
I saw Dr. Al-Aswad for several years, as she came recommended by friends. I have no doubt that Dr. Al-Aswad is a capable dentist and, for that matter, a good person. However: Over that time, I have seen Dr. Al-Aswad's office implement increasingly punitive and arbitrary measures, like rigid cancellation fees, records processing fees, etc. that I think are unacceptable.
