Dr. Boah discovered and successfully treated a spinal infection that was the result of a UTI that I was unaware of. Once the infection was completely cured, Dr. Boah fuzed 2 lower back (L3 and L4) vertebrae. After 2 1/2 years, I can say with confidence that Dr. Boah is a gifted neurosurgeon! Dr. Boah did not want to listen to why I was there. I have multiple doctors and health issues I live with. He wanted to address "the pain, the pain the pain", run a bone density scan, give me a steroid shot & a nerve test. I was not there for pain. I was there to address the possible correlation to ANS. My Neurologist is conducting the nerve studies, I told him. I didn't want a steroid shot, but had to endure his push back lecture.
