I’ve genuinely tried to give this place a chance, but it consistently disappoints. The staff and management are unhelpful, the product selection is extremely limited, and the hours are unreliable. I called at 5:00PM on a day they’re supposed to be open until 9:00PM and was told they were already closed. Beauty supply stores in Spring Valley operate far more professionally than this, consider taking a page out of their book!

states online they close at 9pm and the sign said open, lights on, door unlocked. as soon as i walked in they tell me they are closed and refuse to give me service. horrible business.

This has to be one of the most unprofessional and unwelcoming beauty supply stores I’ve ever visited. On two separate occasions, I was turned away despite arriving during posted business hours, both online and on the store sign. The door was open, yet a group of employees loudly shouted, “We’re closed!” without any courtesy or explanation. Most concerning was the rudeness I experienced. If I could give 0 stars I would. The stylists will not speak to you if you’re not in the chair but the client will respond if you repeat yourself 🙄. To the stylist that ignored me and proceeded to talk mess under your breath about the open sign not being flipped to closed, here’s a tip: ✨ flip it yourself✨I see why this place always shuts down every few years.

Over priced products, they don’t follow there own store hours posted on google, the staff are cold and don’t help you find anything, not that there’s anything there anyways. Best to take that trip to Spring Valley where the actually have supplies and are helpful
