I never saw any one running an office like that Done mt chest x-ray on a Monday Everyday since i get calls to set for chest xrays again I do not understand how the hell they are running thier business
I had never heard of Akumin until my PCP referred my husband there. He had a 7 a.m. appointment, but when we arrived the computers were down. Unfortunately, the front desk staff member was very rude and unhelpful. First impressions matter, and based on this experience I will definitely not be returning.
Spoke to Pam the manager on Friday Maria, the manager of the department where I got my scan and I was supposed to call me ow and behold today is Saturday never got that Friday night phone call Pam
This place was a nightmare. I only went here because my PCP suggested it because it was in her building. I waited over an hour before even being called to the desk and given paperwork. There wasn’t even a place to sit. It was so crowded. The place was mobbed with people and the technician was unpleasant. I normally go to Good Samaritan outpatient imaging, which is wonderful.
