Front desk staff was great. Billing office is ridiculous. Who has time to wait on hold for 20 callers? Did the call me back option twice. Got no call back. Sent an email. Got no call back. Bill is incorrect and I can’t even talk to anyone. If anyone knows how to get in touch with these people please let me know

Had 11:30 apt for 15min procedure and I’m still sitting here waiting at 12:30... ridiculous
I’m very impressed with all the staff I’ve met today. Everyone has been lovely. Angela is phenomenal with her assistance in getting the appointment organized, working with my insurance and answering all my questions. Mariana is so kind and comforting, she’s extremely thorough in explaining everything, Mary Beth was very sweet. Dr Adelson is obviously a pro and I barely felt a thing during my procedure. I am very grateful to have found this center.
