Awful, awful, awful. Came up the day before to pick up and complete my paperwork for procedure day. At 10:45, I arrived 30 minutes early. They took my paperwork and I was told to go wait in my car for check in. 3 minutes later, was called back in for formal check in, then was sent back out to my car for “about 10 minutes”.
