I just had a mammogram there today and I was very impressed with the cleanliness and organization during this time of COVID-19. Tracy was wonderful at the front desk and the technician was very nice and organized. Thank you!
Disappointing ! Place is run down, feels unhygenic. Made appt over phone. When i got into exam room the technician asked me question and she said my answer did not allow her to administer exam and i had to reschedule . I told her i had breast pain- wouldn't that make it MORE important to do exam? This question could have been asked over the phone and prevented me traveling 30 miles, missing work . Don't go here. My last experience was also bad for different reasons

Receptionists great. Technician Mary Beth could not have been worse. She asked how I was , I told her I was nervous and that the procedure is very painful for me. She seemed irritated and proceeded to give me the coldest roughest mammogram I have ever had. It makes me want to vote no on MA Q 1. Good care does not depend on the number of staff , it depends on the quality. With technicians and nurses- the good ones have jobs, if we hire more I feel they will just be the ones no one wanted because they are not good caregivers
From the people in reception to the radiologist to the doctor, everyone here was kind, professional, and extremely thorough. I needed a second mammogram, and the group both addressed my anxieties and were at great pains to explain exactly what was gong on and why they wanted to be double-sure of what they were seeing. I cannot offer a higher recommendation to people charged with helping a woman in a vulnerable situation feel informed, cared for, and in control. I'll never go anywhere else for my care.
