Worst experience at Akumin. This was my first visit to get my memo done at Akumin, handed the front desk my previous memo reports. When I got my report, they did not use my previous report as a comparison. I called to request another report, this time using a comparison. They sent a request, did not hear from them. Call two more times nothing. On my fourth call I requested to speak with the Manager. Manager refused to get on the phone with me. I was told that my Primary doctor need to request the report.
