Unprofessionally run organization. Appointments are scheduled without regard to patients, and the average waiting time is 2-3 hours after your scheduled time. No explanation provided, no excuses. The front desk staff lacks knowledge of empathy, professionalism, and HIPAA compliance. The medical forms must be completed online before you are taken in.
