The technicians are fine and the facilities well kept. However the front office employees are rude and ignorant. I am not a fun of AI in general, but when it comes to these ladies, I can't wait for them to be replaced by AI. They are a complete disgrace and need training and supervision. Not sure who could do that, since everyone who ask to talk to the office manager gets the same answer: "she is in a meeting". I have experienced their customer DIS service more than once. Ease of making an appointment, the time waiting in the waiting room and the variety of services offered are enough to give a superb review. However, all the employees that I interacted with were so polite! Kaisha was exceptionally sweet helping this old lady! I asked her to add additional doctors to the result list. 😊
