Great service, fast , the technician was very friendly
I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this imaging center. I was denied a routine mammogram simply because I did not have the physical images from my previous exam with me. Instead of helping me request the records or offering alternatives, the staff refused to provide the service and sent me away with no guidance. Every year, imaging centers are able to request prior mammogram images directly—yet no one here made any effort to assist or explain the process.
