From the helpful associate at the front desk who was so pleasant and thorough to Jesus, the imaging technician, the process was very smooth at my appointment this morning. I know it's not easy working with insurance, providers, and the steady flow of people, but I appreciate everyone's kindness and will return if I need further imaging done. Thank you!
Great location! However, the reception desk has two people working and neither of them are willing to acknowledge your presence or greet you. They don’t have the common courtesy or customer service to let you know they’ll be right with you. The Mammo Tech On the other hand is efficient, knowledgeable, and communicates effectively Every step of the away.
Really deserves a zero. No one knows what they are doing. They will tell you anything just to get you off the phone. No follow through on paperwork and everyone has their own explanation of procedures and none match. So you end up with many stories as to why they have bad service instead of just saying they are at fault.
The front desk staff & the gentlemen on the back were super nice, helpful and professional. He was super patient and helped me call after call. Great customer service.
