Noe was excellent! Last year my arms became very sore and stiff from being held over my head for the entire time. However Noe allowed me to keep my arms at my side until it was time for the contrast. Then I put my arms over my head for a much shorter time! It really added to my comfort during the procedure!
The scheduling process was easy, staff (Diane) very friendly and helpful, and MRI tech Noe was extremely efficient and professional. I’ve been getting MRIs for over 20 years, and this was the best experience, i.e., fastest and least ‘painful’, I’ve ever had! Kudos to the entire team!
Everyone was very nice. They called the same day my doctor recommended I have an MRI. And I got in the very next day at a time that worked out for me. When I left I had a nice packet with my disc in there to show the doctor on my follow-up appointment coming up
