Diane and her co-worker were wonderful!
I was referred to Akumin by my insurance, as the out-of-pocket costs were much less. However, I encountered a couple of problems: Edit 7/31: they did reach out and revised the report as I asked. First, as mentioned by many reviewers, they are poor at sending results to referring doctors. I had to logon to the portal myself, download the report, and electronically send it myself. Quick, easy, professional!
Went there as I had an injury and wanted my results quickly so as not to hurt myself further and determine the next course of action. Was informed it would be 24-48 hours for results at the time of scheduling. It is now day 5, my Doctors office called and they haven’t even reviewed my results yet. Don’t go here if timing is important to you.
Extremely friendly staff and exceptional and efficient at their expertise. Would recommend them to anyone.
