Rita was fantastic! I was very nervous about the MRI. She explained everything and made sure that I was always comfortable.
I was ordered an MRI by my PCP for neck pain. They were very polite and courteous and professional. They faxed the results to my Dr. Four days later my Dr's office said they hadn't received the results yet. I tried to go on Akumins patient portal to view the report myself but their site would not allow me to type in my provider's name.
Everyone was nice here and they were very efficient
Please turn out ceiling lights during MRI so it isn’t shining in client’s face for an hour. Friendly staff.
The scan was for my 10 year old who was very nervous but the tech was amazing with her and got her through it with no issues and to top it off we were running late for our appointment due to road construction and the staff was extremely kind and understanding of the problem and didn’t make us feel rushed even upon the unfortunate late arrival
