Called to Schedule an MRI and the order was sent from my doctor to Akumin. The person that answered the phone was very rude and seemed like she didn't want to be bothered. When I told her I need to schedule an MRI, she just said "you have the script?" and I told her I did not. I explained that my foot doctor just told me to call to schedule an appointment.
