I have being going to akumkin since it was XR SOUTHWEST then they changed to AKUMIN. Very nice staff-wating is good enough. Very good customer service. I think they need to pay more attention on phone calls to make an appointment
Horrible turn around time for results!!! I was unsure whether I had breast cancer and waiting for breast biopsy results was extreme torture!!! I had to wait 6 days and on the last day I was told medical records had gone home for the day at 4:00 pm!!!! I swore to them that if my cancer had spread or metastasized, they would be responsible!! They have no idea what they put me through!! I will never go there again. I work with a lot of physicians and I have told them NOT to send any business their way!!!
Excellent care from front desk to an MRI that i had done. Front desk(Rebecca) & MRI Tech (Javi) awesome. Would recommend this place.
Waited two hrs to called went to the bathroom room they called then the Y bypassed me
Straight Garbage. Rude person on phone who seems to know less about what's going on than you do. I hope the company outsourcing their phone calls is worth the loss of business they get.
