Excellent care from front desk to an MRI that i had done. Front desk(Rebecca) & MRI Tech (Javi) awesome. Would recommend this place.
Waited two hrs to called went to the bathroom room they called then the Y bypassed me
Straight Garbage. Rude person on phone who seems to know less about what's going on than you do. I hope the company outsourcing their phone calls is worth the loss of business they get.
Horrible!!!! Can't even get through to someone in the actual office! Their call/scheduling center is based out of the Dominican! Can't get any info because they do not know and had to put me on hold anytime I asked question.
I am owed a refund since January !I’ve called 6 times…waited on phone for over an hour… They keep telling me it will be processed .. Interest is growing…VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Be careful before you pay !
