My best MRI experience yet! The MRI was fast and the tube spacious. Also, the staff is kind helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!
The staff was great. The facility was great. The scheduling - almost everything was great. The wait not so much, the appointment I reserved wasn't ready for 45 minutes. Got there a little early and waited almost an hour.
I was nervous about getting an MRI. It was for my head and I am very claustrophobic. Frank, the technician, put me at ease and showed me that the machine was wide-bore, which has a larger opening. It was noisy but I was comfortable, not claustrophobic at all. Frank went above and beyond to explain everything and put me at ease (Thank You Frank!!) and I probably did not even need the anti-anxiety med that my doctor gave me. There is a reason why Akumin gets great reviews..they have great employees!
Roberto helped me get through this tough process. He was understanding and kind. I owe the results to him for helping me complete the exam. The machines were spacious and reception cared enough for me to complete my appointment and make sure all coverage was existent. Thank you for your promptness.
