I accompanied my mom to her x ray appointments and the customer service was abysmal the second time around. The first appointment, the x ray machine was not working which was totally fine. We had to come back another time. The staff were pleasant. However, the second appointment, the front desk was atrociously rude. This was 7/7/26 at around 2:40-3pm.
