Do not use this company. In a time where every office has long since moved to paperless, Acumen is still delivering reports via dial up modem run fax machines. Not only is this not secure with patient info but if a paperless office tries to get an encrypted email copy they flat out refuse delaying patient care. Called the Osbourne location and dealt with a rude uneducated MA running medical records, won't use this company again because of her. DrC
The mammogram technician was very kind, put me at ease, and seemed very efficient. Was able to do a mammogram and mri with very little wait time.
Spoke to 3 people over the phone and will go with another provider. Not helpful AT ALL!! I received a referral via televisit and they expect for me to locate doctor's adress because without it they cant schedule me. How about you look at the referral ?! My money will go somewhere else..
I am only giving them 2 stars due to 1) the Medical records woman I just spoke to 10 min ago if that. & 2) I have no access to my records. This woman told me the ONLY way to get a copy of my cat scan was to drive from Cruces to El Paso, walk in to the office request it and than come back when it's ready. I don't have a the luxury of a vehicle, so making that trip isn't something I can do just for a disc.
