Very unprofessional scheduled an appointment and gave all necessary codes to know what type of xray was required and when I showed up they turned me away saying they didn’t have the equipment even though they were told the type of xray required
I had a great experience. The technician (Aira) was very professional and very helpful. I would recommend others to visit this location.
Love the service at this location. Super friendly professional staff members from the minute you walk in the door. Not too crowded especially if you schedule ahead of your appointment. Wait is usually not long if you allow 15 to 20 minutes ahead of of your appointment to sign and fill out forms. Small location so best if you go by yourself or just one person if you need help. They Techs are awesome very understanding with dealing with patients. Highly recommend them.
I love going to the imaging center on Joe Battle. Wonderful customer service. I love Esmarie she is so helpful in getting medical records from the doctor in order to get prior authorization from the insurance. So professional and knowledgeable!
Just to get appointment is tough to do, no one answers. To set up appt. Online too is not very user friendly. Going somewhere else.
