Unorganized! I have been on the schedule for weeks , at my arrival they informed me their systems are down and they can't review disc because their machines are down. It would have made sense to request electronic copies of the images prior to my arrival. I called and confirmed my appointment and no one informed me of this! Poor communication between scheduling , front office and the techs. Wouldn't recommend this place due to the lack of empathy
Nice atmosphere. The technician that performed my cat scan was very helpful and attentive. Even though I knew what was happening, she addressed everything before it happened as if I had never had the procedure before.
