The staff is very rude and uncaring. A 77 year old veteran, using a walker, came in today for testing and was given a clipboard and told to fill out the forms. The gentleman said he was sorry but he could not see well enough to complete the forms. He was told "just sit down and fill it out the best you can." That is NOT how to treat people, especially the elderly. It was obvious this gentlemen was unable to complete any of it.
