The Staff at AKUMIN PALM HARBOR is AMAZING 🤩 AMY the Receptionist was Kind and Helpful. LAURA was Painless and Efficient with my Mammogram!! And ERIC was So KIND and Explained Everything about my MRI. I Highly Recommend Them
Xray tech was lovely. The issue was at the front desk. My cost was $80. I gave them $100. She had no change. She made this my issue and it's not my issue. I have money, they don't have change. Finally I said just take the $100 and keep the change bc my ins ends the next day. She refused to take my money. Nowhere on the website and at no time did anyone ever say nor is it noted that if you do not have exact change you will be forced to reschedule. I arrived at the wrong location and the staff was so helpful. They contacted the other facility to let them know I was on my way. Told me not to rush over. The staff there was awesome. They took me in right on time, explained everything and the woman who did my MRI was great.
