Very professional people
My experience with the staff at the office in the text were 100% very professional as far as doing anything online. Getting information to their call centers is horrific. The people that answer the phones are not professional and do not help you. I had to six times try to get my paperwork and insurance stuff to them and they never answered me so I had to physically bring my stuff into the office. Whoever answers their phones at the phone center should be fired
