This was my first time at Akumin. I needed an Open MRI, and my spine doctor recommended them. Akumin was top notch from beginning to end. The administrative staff was kind and the initial process as a first patient was very simple. The MRI tech (Jessica) and process was the same as well, very personable and caring reassuring me at every step of the process. Upon my exit they made sure that everything was good with me. I most certainly appreciated the caring professional treatment!
