I'm a retired physician. While the overworked staff and especially Brenda the were fine, my results were delayed nearly 2 weeks. I was only able to get them by calling a supervisor Kameko, who was also very nice and did get the results that day. And the reading was by a very qualified doctor. This is not satisfactory by any means. They are dealing with sick patients even though they are ambulatory, and delay can be disastrous. I read many other people with the same complaints.
