RecommendedI went for my first mammogram here. The office is clean and inviting. The staff was very friendly. My nurse made me feel comfortable. I was nervous about the procedure. I would definitely recommend to go here for imaging needs!!
Feel asleep while getting my knee mri, no waiting either
I went to the facility at Riverside and Royal Palm 3x for a procedure. 1st time the tech didn't do it right and non of the screens were readable. 2nd follow up and the tech forgot to complete the procedure. 3rd time they made a mistake on the appt date and had me scheduled for a month later. Incompetent does not even begin to describe this team. Great fast and friendly service.
First of all, I called and asked if an appt was required. I was told no. I also asked if I needed to bring any other documentation from my previous doctor and was told no. All I needed was ID and insurance card. When I get there, which is only 30 minutes, they are all booked and require appts AND require paperwork and all types of foolishness.
