The woman at the front desk and Sergio my technician were extremely nice and helpful.
Extremely disappointing experience. I showed up for my scheduled Saturday appointment only to find the office closed with no one there. When I called, they confirmed my appointment was in their system but said they're only open Monday-Friday. So why was I given a Saturday appointment? Why wasn't I notified in advance? No answers, just an offer to reschedule for other day. I felt completely disrespected and will be going elsewhere for my exam.
