Horrible experience with my 84 year old mom,had 2 appointments,1 @ 11:30 the other @ 12:30 when I get the there receptionist says they made a mistake because she didn't need contrast that we had to wait for 2 people ahead,turns out it was 1:00Pm and they haven't call us,I think is very unconciderate of them mom is an elderly 84 yes old which will be 85 in July who has Ataxia and several health issues the main one being unbalanced imagine sitting for so long ,I believe it's unacceptable
