Our facility includes an Endless Pool, free weights, squat racks, Free Motion cable machines, cardio equipment, treadmill, bikes, stair stepper, elliptical, locker rooms, sauna and showers.

I love this gym. I joined after finishing physical therapy at Body in Balance Physical therapy...which is also awesome. I love that it’s a small gym, but has everything I need for my workouts. The staff are friendly, and it fits in well will the atmosphere of downtown Palmer.
AKtive Body is my favorite place I have ever worked out. The gym is small, and personable. Everybody remembers you, and they want you to succeed. If you need help with anything, all you have to do is ask. Recently, I required surgery, and they suspended my membership for a few months for me while I was in the hospital and recovering. It doesn’t get much better than that. Plus you can buy great walking or running shoes right upstairs.
Very functional gym pool steam room very clean.
