Horrible Experience, 1.5 hrs late for consult, 2hrs late for install. Visible seams, hands all over freshly painted walls, cigarette butts and x-acto blades on lawn and failed to pick up old carpet and had to pay junk hauler to remove it. Worst of all, they tried to put 1 cm pieces in a seam in the middle of the floor (see picture with red glue) and tried to hide the evidence. Avoid at all costs and use your judgement when looking at the other reviews as you can spot the 5 star reviews on here that are fake.
So i'll share my opinion. Im not one to post as this is my first review. I noticed all the one star reviews that hit this company came at the same time , and while they have names , these reviewers have no other history. They didnt exist 3 weeks ago and i feel like this companys rating is suffering because of one individual. Pros: Great selection of products, as I was looking for carpet for the basement stairs and luxury vinyl plank for the basement man cave. Mariah the sales rep was awesome with helping me with options and staying within my budget. She also answered all questions quickly over the phone or emails. Initially found Aktas on Homestars that received the highest rating. I did my due diligence and requested quotes from the other top 5 rated. Aktas’ bottom line was still the most economical. But what impressed me the most was the actual quality and pride involved in the work conducted. Being a stickler for detail I witnessed the installation and found no fault. If I could give this company one star I would. Highly unreliable. Very rushed and unproductive. Aktas installers left dents in my walls and nail holes in baseboards. They then refused to come take a look or fix the problems they made. This company seems to lack in respect for their customers as well as quality in work.
