We used Dr Kakodkar for my 2 year old in 2022 for tubes. We used her again in 2024 for tubes, adenoids & tonsils for my 9 year old. Everything went good & smoothly. She is always very professional & friendly. Everything is scheduled with a quick turnaround time & they seem to be on top of everything with all our office visits & surgery experiences.
Horrible new patient visit!! No regard for my elderly and feeble parents. Took my unstable mother in a room. Dr said she would be back with instrument in a minute and forgot about my mother as she went about helping other patients. My dad went to receptionist concerned as other patients had come and gone. She did nothing. Dr finally shows up when my mother came out of the room. Dr claimed she was waiting for a tool to charge. Really!? Dr. Akta Kakodkar addresses all of my concerns and has a plan of action that she recommends and follows-up until the issue is resolved. She's pleasant and speaks to you in a way you'll understand. I'm so happy that she is my doctor.
Doctor is knowledgeable and friendly even when very busy. Great surgery experience. Glad referral was received for this doctor, was able to get a quicker appointment than other ENT docs in the area.
