AKT is a great studio with super fun classes and great trainers! I highly recommend trying it out - especially the dance and dance/band combo classes.
Truely is a positive and friendly space. Every instructor has unique fitness skills and each have such a motivating energy that it just makes you want to push your own personal limits. My sister and I have done some dance, circuit, and tone classes, and they each complement each other for a well rounded physical routine to show you maximum results. Did I mention the Disco Ball 🪩!!!! Dance class is amazing already but add a disco ball and lights for the last routine in class and you have a dance party, such a good time! You ... read more
