AKT is awesome!! I am someone who has never really "enjoyed" working out, but AKT has quickly changed that. The trainers are so kind, attentive, and inclusive. They are always showcasing various ways to do an exercise and cheering you on every step of the way. I really enjoy my time at AKT each week!
Great instructors. The app is easy to use for scheduling classes. I definitely felt my abs that same night. Circuit class is my favorite. Must try at least one class which is complimentary.
The place is so clean and perfect aura you are feeling you gonna do it! The classes are awesome. And all person is so kind and helpful! I love it
