I love AKT. The workouts are difficult but doable for every level because the trainers give lots of exercise modifications. Each class type rotates material every 3 weeks, so you’re usually getting new material and nothing gets stale. I feel way stronger since starting classes here and now actually look forward to working out because of the fun, supportive trainers and community.
AKT has pushed me in ways not just physically but mentally. Being apart of this community of women and Matt who support eachother and push all of us to be our bests has been the best fitness training I have been apart of. Thanks AKT! ❤️
My home away from home! I’ve lost weight and gained muscle! I was depressed and slow before and now I can run in the grass after my toddler while holding my baby! It’s truly changed my whole life. I look and feel better I’m so happy I found this place! The instructor are amazing all in their each way… the support is beyond measure I am truly blessed to be apart of the AKT FAMILY
