Akt is absolutely amazing since I started and today my night was ruined I am absolutely devastated and heartbroken that they will be closing at the end of the month ... The entire team is absolutely amazing I will never find a gym like AKT again ....... Corporate ruins another busy I guess I hope all the ladies at AKT know how amazing they all are and how comfortable they have made it for many women to workout and learn ... Great atmosphere, people, and workout!
When AKT arrived to this side of the bridge a year and half ago, I was elated! First, the AKT Verona studio is beautiful and the owner and trainers facilitate a great variety of uninterrupted workouts that are energizing and transforming, both emotionally and soulfully- physical changes closely follow. The variety of classes and available slot times offer something for all. You are offered modifications or can turn up the heat when you are able! Totally a place that keeps you consistent and invested in yourself!
I highly recommend AKT for their highly engaging classes, their motivating instructors, and their cheerful and sweet owner and.managers. Lots of variety and plenty of time slots to fit your schedule. I’ve been there for a year and never felt more fit! ….it’s been 18 months here at AKT and I enjoy it more than ever! Keep moving, keep fit, keep living!
