AKT is unlike any fitness place! Instructor led, they combine cardio with strength training in an incredibly fun format! It's a fantastic community without judgment. The instructors show modified versions to every step, and it's truly for all fitness levels!
People are nice,more parking.
Incredible experience. Staff is great. It's not crowded and everything is included.
