This place used to be great at customer service but the last two times I've been in, it's gone serverely downhill. The receptionist is very unfriendly and is far from helpful. They give simple, one-word answers and weren't even willing to allow us to schedule an appointment in the future when they denied us a walk-in. They cut hair pretty well but the overall experience is deteriorated over time and I wouldn't recommend going there. There's 2 other hair salons in the Dimond Mall that would be more than happy to work with you... read more
