Terrible all around. The sexist salesman asked me if I needed to "check with the boss before I spend this much money." What is this, 1950?? I am the boss. They came out quickly, but within a week the new A/C failed to function and they had to come out again to completely replace it. I experienced a small code violation and had to call them 3 times to get them out to fix it. Reinspected by the county and they didn't fix a thing. My main sewer drain was backing up. I tried myself for 2 days and gave up. I called them on a Friday morning and they were here 2 hours later. An hour after that everything was flowing freely and functional! Check advantage of $79 drain cleaning special they had. Their tech was awesome and explained things as he went. And 10 minutes after he left someone else came and double checked the drain with a camera and advised me of any future issues that may arise.
