TERRIBLE BUSINESS! Treats their customer like poop. Promises repairs in two weeks, four months later - nothing. Says parts are "back ordered" but refuses to show me the proof. Had to buy a replacement microwave due to AKS BS and unkept promises. STAY AWAY!!
Possibly the worst customer service ever. And I'm pretty sure I was lied to when after 2 months of no action I requested proof that my microwave parts were back ordered and received none. Fidelity Home Warranty should remove this business from their roster. I finally had to buy a replacement appliance because AKS is neither prompt nor reliable. SAVE YOURSELF SOME TROUBLE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!!
