Order on the morning of 03/16/2009 shipped on 03/19/2008 they write a wrong address on shipping and I have to call Fedex to correct address got package on 03/27/2009, charged for a 9 pounds and was only 4, they did not even accepted they make a mistake with address.will NEVER buy from them again.
The worst customer service, I submitted a request for a quote at the end of February, and received a response, I called and was promise the quote the following day and I never got it, so if you need your order for the following year sit and wait, otherwise go somewhere else.
