So far, so good, Had a Deck Height issue and a young man Tony was sent out the same day I was impressed, but he was an inexperienced young man. Didn't have a great place to get it done, and it was 94°F outside. Still sets the Deck on the ground & Cement at Setting 3 of 4 and John Deere Advertises those Settings as Inches 1" through 4" inches so it need to come up. I had a problem with the axle on a 4020 John Deere. I went into acres equipment in Seward, Nebraska and I was helped by Paul. Paul was fantastic. He went out of his way to explain several things to me that aided in the repair. I had to return to the store several times, and each time, Paul was attentive and helpful. He is a fantastic employee in the store is lucky to have him.
