Akron Window Company came as a personal recommendation from a friend and I will be recommending them to everyone I know now as well. After getting several quotes they came in as the best and had a reasonable time frame for the work to be done for our 12 windows and 2 doors. Had Eric come out to measure windows and give me a quote. Informed him I was getting estimates and I'd get back to him. He reached out via text inquiring if I'd be more interested if he were able to "not cut any corners, get me the same windows (and slider) at a lower price. Told him yes I'd like to see the numbers. He said he'd get a new quote over to me later that day. Didn't hear back from him that day, or the next, and then he asked if I'd received the new pricing. Excellent service, great prices and installation went above and beyond correcting cosmetic and structural issues. Very knowledgeable.
