AVOID THIS ROAD SERVICE!!! We've had an air leak near Akron, OH. We've called this guy to replace an air line. He showed up around 17:00 to diagnose. Then he went to take part, which take him more than 3 hours. He came back and replace the air line, and charged $1,461.09 for air line replacement. It was around midnight and the driver tried to negotiate by himself, explaining that $1,461.09 is too much for this service. Truckers this is not a shop. He is just a guy sitting somewhere with a phone. I had major cooling leak and at the time didn’t know where the leak was from, I clearly explained to him that I have a coolant leak and he sent a guy who is driving a personal car with no tools and of course no coolant even though I clearly mentioned I have a coolant leak. Fuel-water separator was leaking. Mechanic swapped the bowl seal, primed the system, and the drip stopped.
