Great place to get clean. Awesome at dozing you and getting you out.
would not recommend this clinic to anyone in need of support. The staff here treat patients with little to no respect, showing a complete lack of compassion for individuals trying to recover. Appointments are consistently delayed, yet patients are penalized harshly for being even a few minutes late. Communication is terrible, and many of the staff seem more interested in enforcing arbitrary rules than providing actual care. its amazing this place hasn't been shut down. They have had multiple counselors caught sleeping sleeping with patients. They treat struggling addicts like prisoners. Also, they put clients on time outs when they make mistakes.
I’ve been goin to this clinic for a few years and would recommend going somewhere else. This place makes you feel like you’re in trouble and they are more interested in punishing you than helping you. Like a couple sat ago they locked over 70 people in a room fit for 40 at most. It was a sat so they closed and locked door at 9 am and the only way to get your dose and take home was to stay inside til you got called. VIOLATED HIPPA: I attend Pinacle in Barberton for 4 months, and left due to their incompetence. To make matters even worse, upon transferring to another treatment center, they violated HIPPA by sending all of my records without the correct ROI. I would suggest to not use their services, because once your information is transferred, it is out there forever and cannot be undone. Be safe dealing with this company.
