PPL that say anything bad about this place are the ones just trying not to go trough withdraws when they cant find anything and or when things don't go there way UPDATE 2025 getting new staff and there really great and understanding now remember you must fallow the rules and when you dont thats when you get upset with them and that's not them thats you
A Personal Review of My Experience Let me begin by saying that Diane at the front desk does the best she can with the resources she has. She is the backbone of this facility, and without her, things would truly fall apart. That said, the high turnover rate among doctors, nurses, and counselors is deeply concerning. This place saved my life! It has its flaws, but any place like this does. It's better than what they got for me on the streets, situation-wise.
Horrible just bad all arounnd. U wait for hours to get anything. No counselors. No help. No nurses. Place is a joke. Every Saturday the power seems to be out. Waiting around for 2 hrs when ppl have jobs. Then they put u last in line when u were one the first ones there. So waiting 2 hrs to dose when u were first one here at 6 am. It’s ridiculous. I am getting my treatment facility moved for sure. Takes 14 weeks to get one freaking take home !!!!! When I have had all clean drug test!!
I went to the Barberton office for about 3 years & just recently switched to a different clinic that’s about an extra 15 min drive all together to get there but I’d rather do that than deal with all the crazy nonsense that happens at Akron Treatment Services on a regular basis. For 1 thing just starting off straight away with 4 take homes per week instead of having to go 6 days per week, you only have to go 3 days per week even if your urine is dirty they still let you have 4 take homes per week.
