Always does a great professional report. Have used Jack for many years for personal and business taxes.
One of the most unprofessional experience I have had in years. Jack is responsible for making sure tax returns are filed correctly. He typed the wrong number in a section, and I needed him to type a letter with a wet signature and date stating that it was a clerical error. He tells me over the phone that he doesn't get paid enough money to do these type of things.
