Significant sugar ant problem this year that terro and diamataceous earth couldn't solve. Ryan was on time, personable yet professional and explained process well. Very pleased with service and highly recommend them.
We have been treating our house for years with home defense from Walmart and it has not been good enough; our house got over-run with ants. Ryan came out and educated us on the problem and how he was going to get us back to ant free living. I felt like the service was a great value and am saving money using Akron Pest Control instead of doing it myself!
Roger has been keeping an eye on our place for over 15 years now I think! He's an awesome guy and Akron Pest in general is always great to work with. They answer the phone, keep you updated and are always super helpful and courteous.
I had a great experience with Akron Pest Control. When Tom first came out to give me a quote for the detached garage termite treatment in early May (after extensive termite damage was exposed) he was very thorough, professional, friendly, and took the time to explain/answer all my questions & concerns. I have been using Akron Pest control for about 5 years. Never disappointed. Technicians are always professional. Kevin was our technician today. He was extremely thorough and listened to our concerns. He also made sure to explain when it was safe for our dog to go outside. He even moved her water dish away from where he was treating. Very impressed.
