The first appointment got delayed because of traffic, which was frustrating, but the office actually called ahead instead of leaving me waiting. Once the technician arrived, he was polite and thorough. We had a flea problem from our dog and after treatment the scratching reduced almost immediately.
Zack was our tech. He explained everything and treated our house and garage for bees and ants. Since we've been using Akron Pest Control we've had no problems.
We found mouse droppings in the basement and kitchen of the house we were moving into. Called Akron Pest Control and they found an appointment slot for us the very next day! Cale arrived exactly on time and took care to check the whole house thoroughly, place bait as needed, and do an exterior walk around to spot any access spots we might need to seal. Brian L. was out today and was so incredibly kind. He was on time (early actually!), we had a great conversation about our pet cats, and hopefully we won’t see any more wasps. We’ve used Akron Pest Control for several years now and they’ve fixed our mice and termite problem too. I can’t imagine using any other company! Thank you Brian!
