Not a good experience. What we ordered was not provided. We asked specially for a TV, and we were told all the buses have them. The bus we received was quite old inside, seats ripped and definitely in need of attention. We were also charged an extra $850 dollars after the fact with no explanation and no phone call back (after calling twice!). Very unprofessional and very disappointed. I needed to get my daughters from the airport, and I was desperate. I called Akron Party Bus at the last minute and they were able to pick them up within hours of my call. So happy to have found this company.
