I had to have a back tooth that had cracked removed. I was referred to Dr. Job by my dentist. My dentist said "not to be offended if Dr. Job was very "businesslike." I went in and waited for about 15 minutes. Dr. Job came in, shook my hand and proceeded to give me an anesthetic VERY roughly. I went "Ooh" and he said that taking the shot wouldn't hurt as bad as not having anesthetic (was that an option or a threat???) He then started to take the tooth out. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed.

I was referred to this practice for oral surgery (wisdom teeth removal). At the consult, I was kept waiting 45 minutes in the chair in the exam room before being seen by Dr. Job, who didn't offer a word of apology for the wait. I explained that I had just had braces put on and that my teeth were sensitive, and he then proceeded to examine my mouth roughly. I stopped him and reminded him that my teeth were VERY sensitive.
