Friendly staff. Their office is pretty cool. Lobby is nice and clean. My loan got through pretty fast. I was in and out within an hour.
Before I got to hire this wonderful company, i attempted to get a loan from another company which I won't name. This other company's lending process was murky and convoluted to the point where it made me switch to another lending company. Good thing I saw this company. Absolutely wonder experience working with the Akron Mortgage and refinance Co. The guys wre courteous and extremely helpful. The process was easy and seamless. A very solid 5 stars!
