I’ve never had any issues while visiting and my PFT was AMAZING. Brittany Reynolds went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and answer any questions I had about my treatment. She was also informative and thorough when explaining and teaching exercises to improve my symptoms. Thank you Brittany!
Joseph was my Physical Therapist and was very knowledgeable and supportive ,but observing the rest of the staff while I am there seemed to be very kind, professional and helpful.

The rules change for your visits every time you're here. You never get the same therapist, even if you schedule at the same time. If you call for anything, they are RUDE beyond belief, or don't answer the phone and blame it on you. I love most cleveland clinic offices, but I'd rate this one 0 stars of I could.
