Been skipped twice, rude, pathetically slow, extremely unprofessional,
The rules change for your visits every time you're here. You never get the same therapist, even if you schedule at the same time. If you call for anything, they are RUDE beyond belief, or don't answer the phone and blame it on you. I love most cleveland clinic offices, but I'd rate this one 0 stars of I could.
I received excellent care and the treatment felt like nothing short of a miracle. In one treatment, I got relief from vertigo that I have had every day for a year. Amazing! Mike K. explained the procedure for BPPV fully first, so I understood all the steps and my role. Then he moved my head through the motions to 'right' the inner ear problem. I can't thank him enough!
They saw me within minutes of my arrival. The nurse practitioner was excellent. She preceded to treat me and made me fell comfortable during the procedure. We are recommending the clibic to anyone who asks .
