Horrible hospital. They shouldn't even have a license to call their self a hospital. Dirty, rooms are disgusting. disrespectful nurses if that's what you want to call them they are rude crude and could care less. You turn your light on for help and they turn the light off at the desk you suck Akron General you suck. Not to mention whatever you go in there for they always think you're a drug addict. And like I said you suck Akron General you suck.
Absolute waste of time. I was saw for an injured knee. The doctor walked in I explained what was going on and he looked at me and asked me what I wanted them to do? Are you kidding me? Then I told him tell me whats wrong and he said a diagnoses and didnt even look at my leg. A quack. A joke. A waste of time. These doctors only care about there pay check. Was at the akron general er in stow earlier today and I turned my call light on because I had to use the restroom and they turned it off at the nurse's station. Then a few minutes later a nurse comes and tells me that the doctor wants me to drink something to see how I feel and I told her that I needed to use the restroom first. Then when the nurse came in with my discharge papers I was doubled over in pain and she didn't even ask me if I was ok. Just gave me my discharge papers and took the iv out of my arm.
I call an ambulance to bring me to agmc because I couldn't walk for weeks and after ten hours they sent me home still unable to walk. A month later I had to call an ambulance again and they found I needed hip replacement.
Horrible experience! Absolutely appallingly rude staff both nurses and the doctor I saw were incredibly unprofessional! They clearly do not care about patient care or satisfaction. I have never been to such a horrible ER.
