My other half's appointment was at 9am, staff was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Waited a hour in lobby area then proceeded to wait another hour to be seen just for the dentist to claim they lost track of time. Reminder we informed the staff we had our children school calling for an issue. We doubt we'll be back. 2 hours wasted. Left at 11
Although at least 3 close people recommended me to them. It took me awhile to make an appointment . I was reading old reviews and they weren’t the best. I’m glad I went. I’m an terrified of the dentist. They were very nice and made me feel comfortable. They took their time and did a great job and checked on me the whole time. Being an adult and crying at dentist appointments can be a lot and everybody won’t understand nor accommodate you. They did. I have one more appointment. I’ve been a few times and they’re always super busy so they get you in and out as fast as possible, which I love. I went yesterday and I’m not sure who cleaned my teeth but they did an excellent job this time. My teeth feel incredible
Rudest receptionist ever. Attitude was so bad, she should consider a new line of work.
I walked in there in excruciating pain. Had been crying and hadn't been able to eat in 3 days. I was at my end point with it. No one could get me in. They got me back and pulled my tooth, instant relief. Got me on antibiotics. Best day ever. Thank you Dr. Brae. I appreciate you.
