Extremely rude tow drivers and terrible customer service from the lady at the desk . Don’t understand why enterprise fleet uses you guys .
This place is literally a nightmare to deal with. Closed on the weekend but still charge a daily fee? 8-3 Monday thru Friday is not conducive to someone who actually works. I’d use just about anyone else is the area. Not sure how this place stays in business.

Reckless Op Drivers. 10/21/2025 4:25pm State Route 224 westbound. I just witnessed a white Akron Coach flatbed truck senselessly riding the tail of the vehicle in front of him, unprovoked I might add, as the vehicle in front of him was already traveling at a speed in excess of the posted speed limit. May Akron Coach just hires a bunch of conmen who purposely try to run cars off of the road, so they can then swoop in and tow them away.
