Reckless Op Drivers. 10/21/2025 4:25pm State Route 224 westbound. I just witnessed a white Akron Coach flatbed truck senselessly riding the tail of the vehicle in front of him, unprovoked I might add, as the vehicle in front of him was already traveling at a speed in excess of the posted speed limit. Maybe Akron Coach just hires a bunch of conmen who purposely try to run cars off of the road, so they can then swoop in and tow them out. Shout out to Akron Coach! I got in a car accident and my vehicle was totaled. The tow truck driver from Akron Coach let my daughter and I ride with him to the tow yard, and stayed with us until we were able to arrange transportation. He was very kind and patient and really helpful during a stressful time for us. Thank you!!

Extremely rude tow drivers and terrible customer service from the lady at the desk . Don’t understand why enterprise fleet uses you guys .
