Unprofessional and rude staff. They had my mother’s medical history mixed up with mine and then blamed me when I said they had it mixed up. They will schedule unnecessary appointments just to bill your insurance. They will also fear monger to get you to go through extra precautionary appointments to bill insurance. Will not go back. I do not trust them.
I love how the doctor will judge you cause you were getting a late ultrasound done cause you didn't know you were pregnant and they have all my info from my community health and from twin springs please be consider of your patient feelings and do better job
Second pregnancy at this location. I will say I do not like Dr Krew but Dr Gill is beyond amazing and the Dr Moore I saw this pregnancy really took the time to listen. I’ve been having a really rough time at my local obgyn office that finally receiving any decent care has been great to have and having a game plan finally going into the third trimester.
Fear mongering for no reason other than to bill insurance. Rude receptionist. And complete chaos due to having medical records screwed up with another family member of mine. I could go into detail of the horrible experience but it would take too long.
Dr. Krew was one of the worst doctors I’ve encountered. I have very different views than him, but still kept my beliefs to myself. I made one comment of an opinion/desire I had for MY birth, and he actually stood up and yelled at me and called me uneducated, told me I was going to kill my baby. He is very old school and not educated in more up to date practices.
